Use the online schedulers below to reserve time on an instrument. Note that in all cases, users with a reservation on these schedulers will have priority on the instrument. In order to access and add reservations, you MUST be properly trained on the given instrument. Contact Adam about how to do this. For the time being, only users from the JSNN and it's two partner institutions, UNCG and NC A&T, can use equipment independently. Outside users can also contact Adam about scheduling time on the instrument with a trained user.
When you open the calendars, you will see the current schedule. In order to add your planned use, click on the "+Google Calendar" button in the lower right, sign in, and click "+Add Event". *Important: if you have other personal calendars active, be sure to choose the correct equipment calendar on the add event screen* If you add your usage to a personal calendar, the reservation is invalid. Specify the entire block of time you wish to reserve.
